Valiant 19-06-10

The Birchgrove Park was fantastic and we followed it up with the Valiant. Arriving at the site we found one boat anchored on the wreck and a rubber ducky circling. There were a number of divers on the wreck and the viz looked great. We dropped our anchor west of the wreck and when we reached the bottom dragged it across to the wreck itself, securing it near the ladder. Not heaps of fish life here but there were 2 wobbies resting on the wreck. Te viz was great and it was possible to see the whole wreck easily. This is an easy wreck dive and does offer a penetration of sorts through the superstructure.
