Midway reef is out of Broken Bay.  We access it from Brooklyn boat ramp.  It is a long run out but well worth it. 

The area we have dived varies around 20m on the top of the reef to 26m on the sand.  Most of the fish seem to be around the bommies so find these on the bottom finder and you are in a good spot. We have seen bommies that rise to 14m in this area.

We are unsure of how large the reef is but it is extensive.  It has walls, bommies, beautiful sponge gardens and plenty of fish life.

It is worth visiting time and time again.
