After diving the Tug and battling strong surface
currents we headed to do a new dive area for us the south end of
Osbourne shoals. We have frequently dived the north end and found
it very interesting. The south end is also interesting with large
rock overhangs and crevices to explore. Fish life was not prolific
but this area does hold a lot of promise for more exploring. I did
see an Eagle ray swim past but could not get a pic of it. This was
our second dive on our twin 12L tanks on 27%. The Tug dive was
relatively short mostly a dive to look for Wayne's lost knife and
inflator. We found the inflator right where he had dropped it but
not the titanium knife.
