Jenny hadn't dive since our Ningaloo trip so we chose Kurnell which was sheltered from the large seas rolling into Botany Bay. We hopped in at the point and headed out and down to the sand line. There were a number of other groups of divers there also. We headed East, basically following the sand line. Lots of weedie sea dragons around at the moment. I counted at least 8. Once we got to our turn around point I headed south into shallower waters for our return. Swimming in and out of the large rocks and walls in about 8m was interesting but there was not a lot of fish life here. When I though we were close to our exit we surfaced to check it out. We were a bit past it to the west so back down and swam in. An elegant exit was made and back to the car for lunch in the sun. The native birds were quite tame. While I couldn't get a goof pick of the Rosellas I got some of the grass parrots.
