Another week when mother nature flexes her muscles.
After a pie at Kurnell we set anchor at Anchor reef for a look there.
As soon as we hit the water we knew viz would be poor. The water
was green right down to the reef. And on the reef 3m viz at best.
Lucky we know our way around this reef. The anchors are quickly
deteriorating on the SW side. We did find an adult PJ crammed in a
crevice. It has obvious scratch marks on it's back. There
was also several weedy sea dragons, leatherjackets and a giant cuttle.
The surge, particles in the water and amount of sand being thrown up
made photos hard to get.
