With the seas up outside of the heads and only single dives as Wayne had
to work we dropped the boat in at Foreshore Drive and whipped around the
container wall to anchor reef. Viz was poor at the bottom but we
enjoyed the dive anyway. Heading West along the edge of the reef
we saw weedie sea dragons frequently. And at the West end of the
reef there was a red indian fish just sitting there against the reef,
not moving. We have seen these here before but not often and not
as exposed. We dropped across the top of the reef back to the
anchor and found our slate before heading back to the surface. We
still managed 55mins at max 18.6m. This was dive 284 for me.
