This was our third dive for the day and we were starting to feel a bit cold. With the water still at 15C we were only planning a short dive. Due to the overcast sky, the arch was quite dark and I have left my torch on the boat. I was let to use the guide light on my INON strobe. There were lots of fish around the arch, we swam through it from the mooring then explored the top side of the arch. Back down through the arch and then across the top of the wall to the cave to see what was there. The only thing there was a large bull ray resting in the sand and a few bullseye swimming a deeper. We must have disturbed the ray as it swam off a couple of minutes after our arrival. On limited air we headed back to the mooring and completed our safety stop. Viz was not great, with the water appearing a little milky and with no sun, it was not clear. Still, a lovely dive site worthy of many more visits. |
