Conditions had not been good all week and it was overcast and a bit rainy.  But out we went anyway.  We anchored within 10m of the wreck and the water looked really clear.  We headed down the anchor and at around 20m I thought I could see the bottom.  I kept going down and hit the sand, not realising I was already on the bottom.  The viz was in fact very poor.  We had anchored within a few meters of the wreck and could not see it.  We had anchored on the port side, just ahead of the boiler.  We did not go far as even knowing the wreck as well as we do it would be easy to get lost.  Viz was 1 to 2m at best.

We put this down as just a dive.
