We have dived Magic Point 5 times now and this was to be the best.  There were 8 good sized and healthy Grey Nurse Sharks milling in and out of the cave, swimming away and coming back again. It was quite early we were there at 7:30am and this might be why there were more sharks there.  After the two of us had been there for 15 or 20 minutes the sharks started to come closer to us, some as close as 0.5m which was quite a buzz.  Some times they would swim very slowly, almost stopping.  At times they came slow towards us getting very close before gracefully turning away.  We took lots of video as well as pictures.  Some of the pics are here.  I am going to put together a DVD of Magic Point videos.  As we are only using Compact Digital Cameras, the video quality is not great but still stunning.

One of the sharks was not silver like the others.  It was quite a dark colour and larger than the rest.  We spent 57 minutes with the sharks and look forward to visiting them again soon.
