Wayne had yet to finish his Peak Performance Buoyancy
specialty so he completed it with Peter Szyszka from Plunge Diving on
April 5, 2007, the day before Easter. Having battled the traffic
from Camden to Chowder Bay, and with strong winds from the south we
ventured in. It was a night dive and the viz was a few metres at
best. If you accidentally stirred up the silty bottom, viz went to
zero. It was a good exercise in buoyancy control. We did
find some interesting fish life along the net including a sea horse,
leatherjackets, a small squid and an octopus. It is an interesting
macro site.
